- If the event is cancelled or re- scheduled, the organizers will use reasonable actions to notify delegates of the annulment.
- If the delegate cancels his/ her registration before March 2010 a full refund can be requested.
- Any cancellations and refunds requested after March 2010 will not be refunded; nonetheless, the person can be substituted with someone else in order to take part at the meetings. The organizers must be notified of the name change by May 2010.
- The Delegate Rate applies to everyone without mattering how many days the delegate wants to attend.
- Delegate badges cannot be shared between individuals. Each delegate must register for the Conference and pay the corresponding registration fee.
- All refunds will be issued within 4 weeks of the end of the Conference.
- Cancer Conferences reserves the right to modify or vary the programme without prior notice.
- Cancer Conferences accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings.
- Cancer Conferences organizers will not use any of the contents enounced at the meetings without permission being given.
- Cancer Conferences organizers and the delegates must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations while attending the Conference.
In the context of these terms and conditions, the following words mean:
Cancer Conferences means Cancer Conferences, an organization non-profit ith VAT exempt, having its registered office at 80 Harley Street, London, W1G 7HL, UK;
Website means the website under Cancer Conferences ownership;
